First, the positives: the products themselves are solid, and U.S.-based customer service has been responsive and professional.

The experience with replacement parts, however, was far less satisfactory. To start with, delivery took an unusually long time. While I understand that these parts are manufactured overseas, maintaining regional stock to support timely fulfillment would seem like a reasonable expectation.

Additionally, the product photos strongly suggested that each package included two complete sets of propellers (four total). Based on that, I ordered two packages (DEERC #1768), expecting to receive eight propellers. Instead, only four were included. At that point, the pricing works out to roughly $7 per 0.25-gram piece of plastic, which is difficult to justify.
