I already owned two RC boats, and one is a $150 one that goes 45mph. I also own and race RC cars. This said it was good for a kid, so I didn't expect much. It turned out to be awesome.It has a water cooled ESC just like pro RC boats do. That let's it deliver surpisingly fast performance for such a tiny boat.This boat is all about TWO motors! Technically, one motor and a rutter is going to be a higher performance boat, but two motors have advantages. For one, it sounds beautiful having two motors sound out in unison. Also, two motors allows "tank steering" where one motor turns forward and the other counter rotates. This means while sitting still the boat can still turn. My single prop boats can't do that.Speaking of two, it has two batteries! That keeps the fun going. You can adjust the throttle trim down which makes it versatile even for little kids. Just exercise safety, because it really turns that prop quickly!Overall, it is fantastic value for whole family fun. It suits almost any age. If you want fast, go single prop with rudder. If you want excellent slow speed maneuverability with great dual motor sounds, the twin prop is cool. Oh, it has LEDs too! You can drive it in the evening or maybe even night!

I just took this out to test it, and it is a total blast on the water. Right out of the box, the first thing you notice is how good it looks. The graphics are sharp and clean, with tons of little details that make it look way more expensive than a standard toy boat.This thing really moves, too! It has serious top-end speed when you open it up on a straightaway, and the throttle response is really snappy. The built-in LED lights are a huge plus if you are running it around sunset because you can actually see which way it's pointing. The best part is the capsize recovery. I wiped out doing a hard turn, flipped it completely upside down, and all it took was a quick flick of the throttle trigger to pop it right back upright.THE GOOD: ✅• Material Quality: The waterproof hull feels tough, and it has a double-seal top hatch that actually works. After a long run, the inside electronics bay was completely bone dry. 💎• Value For Money: It comes as a full kit with two separate batteries. Getting a solid 30 minutes of total drive time without having to wait around for a charger mid-day is awesome. 🛍️• Ergonomics & Fit: The remote is comfortable to hold, and the steering trims are super easy to adjust so you can get the boat tracking perfectly straight. 🤝• Awesome Features: It has an automatic low-battery alarm that starts beeping on the remote, which gives you plenty of time to drive it back before it gets stranded. 🚨THE BAD: 🚨• Proprietary Plugs: The batteries use different connector pins, so you can’t use standard same-sized batteries unless they have these specific custom plugs. 🔌• Water Sensor Feature: Just a heads up, it has a built-in safety sensor that keeps the motor from spinning unless the boat is physically sitting in the water. deerc is one of the best companies out there for quality r/c’s and their customer service is outstanding. this boat is really fast, super responsive and just a blast to play with, i might even let my grandkids have a turn lol!!! The batteries last for about 30 minutes but there are two so it keeps the fun going! and the compartment stays nice and dry so far. highly recommend, my grandson is 7 and has no problem making this boat skip over the waves!

First off I love this boat a brand it’s really easy to drive great for beginners and the best for kids with all the light and stuff it have good battery and come with everything to get it in the water and it’s really good for all ages loads of fun overall great product so far

These boats are tons of fun! The twin prop steering means these turn fairly easy at low speed and remain maneuverable in tight spaces. Good value and these are a blast to drive and easy for the kids to play with.
