I ordered a motor and got a gear. No idea how this happen. From the start I needed a motor. Was told to go to a web site and order it. But got a gear. Very very frustrating ! I have no idea how to rectify this and I hade to pay shipping which I understood. But the wrong parts sent. Almost positive it wasn’t my fault. Please look at all my emails. Thank you. And I really need this part by July 19. Thank you.
Parts were as described and arrived well packaged and in a timely manor
Although I cannot directly blame these guys for the damage by the courier, I have received no information about the damage or a replacement or refund.
