I got these DEERC RC boats because they were a good size and come together in a convenient 2 pack. I have fast and expensive hobby grade RC boats I run on open lakes, but I wanted some smaller, affordable boats to play with in a pool or pond.Each toy grade boat is quality plastic, comes with an extra battery, usb charging cord and (2)spare props. A bonus are the included boat stands for easily storing and displaying the boats if desired.They don’t have rudders and instead use (2)fixed props for basic directional propulsion. They are cool looking speed boats, are colorful, and the LED lights really make them stand out in the dark.The controllers require (2)AA batteries, are good quality with a spray button, and feel good in the hand.On the water, they are zippy and maneuverable. With (2)boats, it’s really fun to race around with a friend and while testing, got over 25 mins of run time per battery. Both boats worked well, were watertight and look to be reliable little RCs.Overall, this is a great, ready to run, RC boat combo at an affordable price. They could be a little faster, but they are solid little boats and super fun to race together! 5 stars👍🏼

These RC racing boats are a lot of fun! My son and husband had a blast racing each other around a small lake. I love that they come with backup rechargeable batteries so you can take them with you to switch out, after the first one's die. They don't last as long as I'd like, but like I said, at least they come with backup batteries, most toys do not. The controllers were easy to use, and the fact that the boats light up is really cool, especially when it's starting to get dark. Not sure how long they will last before water possibly gets inside to mess something up, that's one concern, but so far, they are a big hit!

May not be what some call hobby grade, but for us average users these are a blast. Comes with extra batteries so all of our kids, and adults, get some play time without the disappointment of dead batteries. They function well and respond to inputs of the controller, making them easy to control. With the pool pumps on they can get a little less responsive to inputs from being knocked around. But pumps off gives a very nice experience with the boats giving of nice trailing wakes as the kids push them from one end of the pool to the next. So far build quality seems to be good. Several runs in our salt water pool and no signs of degradation on the shafts or or body. We just rinse them off with a hose and let them dry each time when we are done.The biggest test for me is that the kids are having a blast playing with them. For a set of two, and as good as they run, I think they are a great value for the money.

I got these for the kids to use in the pool and they have been a big hit. I love that it comes with four batteries and how easy it is to swap them out. The batteries last a long time and are fairly quick to charge. There are extra propellers which is good because they get beaten up by the edge of the pool. The boats are fairly quiet and a lot of fun to race around.

High quality fun Rc boats. The boats are super fun to race and are easy to steer and control. They charge up pretty quickly and function perfectly. The boats stand out in the lake with their bright vibrant colors. The kids had a fun time racing them all around the lake, we bought a set of extra batteries to enhance play time. The boats are better quality than I thought they would be the kids have really been rough with them and pushing them to the limits and they still keep going.
