I usually fly 4 channel planes that cost much more than this one but I wanted something for the backyard for when my sisters kids come over to visit. I wasn't sure how much control I should expect with differential thrust for left/right turns instead of a rudder and throttle increase/decrease for elevator. Surprisingly it only took a few minutes to get used to and works better then I expected but it's far from perfect. You find yourself focusing on airspeed much more then normal since too low of air speed drops the nose and you need plenty of altitude to recover or quick reflexes. For turning you will find the same where you need to give full input and wait a second for it to begin what I would call a slow turn vs the authority you would normally have with rudder and aileron. That all said, for 30 bucks shipped you get 3 batteries and probably 30-40 minutes of flying if you are flying constant circles in a small area like me. My only wish really is that it had an actual rudder for quicker response as the throttle elevator works well enough.Update: now turns MUCH better after I resoldered all of the connections for both motors. You can see by my second photo that the joints were cold and after a few flights came loose completely mid air. I show photos of my replacing the old solder and finally a photo of it repaired and properly soldered. This was fairly easy to do once I got the left sides foam off. Airframe consists of middle foam and left/right foam. The top wing is held in with a simple two pin system you pull straight up, very easy. The bottom wing has two little keepers on bottom of wing that need to be rotated 45 deg and popped straight up and off, then you can slowly work the lower wing out of the airframe by pulling/wiggling. I used a box knife between the foam slowly wiggling it to remove the left sheet of foam from airframe. After repair the original sticky glue re-bonded perfectly during reassembly. Plane now turns better than ever! I also removed the throttle spring from the controller and used a piece of tape to create some friction between the white controller case and black throttle lever. Awesome value at the current sale price of $20.

The replaceable batteries charge fast on a 2 amp usb AC adapter (not included), and I was able to keep alternately charging the 3 included batteries (after they cooled down) to charge and fly a long while. This plane is super durable, the dog chomped it out of the air several times and it still flies. It's very light weight and made out of soft, flexible foam. It's very light weight, so flying in wind is inadvisable. I flew it in light rain, but crashing it into the pool finally killed it :( Fantastic fun! :) I learned good agility after some practice and was able to fly in between pillars and bushes and fly low and slow enough for the dog to chase the soft foam construction. I immediately lost the landing gear, so be mindful to secure your installation. It likes to stall, but applying more power and banking into the stall kept me airborne. I've never had more fun for $30, and the replaceable batteries kept me flying all day.

The kids can play with this safely all day long. It's extremely light (so beware of winds) and easy to manoeuvre.The controls are easy to master and the two batteries extends your play time.
