I have an assortment of both land and air RC vehicles, so when I saw this one I knew I had to try it. It is mostly assembled right out the box and the tail and wheels are easy to pop in. The batteries are small and seemed to charge fairly quickly, though I don't know what amount of charge they had to start with. I put batteries in the remote and was ready to go.Since I have a number of trees around the front of my house, I took the plane to a nearby RC plane fliers club since it had a wide open field and solid surfaces as a runway. The remote is simple to operate, with the throttle on the left and the control stick on the right. It really didn't take much to get me off the runway and into the air. The auto-stabilization makes this plane extremely easy to fly. There was nearly no breeze the day I took it and that really helped me get a feel for the controls. The remote was peppy and it made for a fun experience. The two batteries got slightly different lengths of service, one lasting a little more than the quoted estimate and the other a little less, so assume it is an average. I'm sure wind conditions will affect that greatly. I was just happy I didn't fly it into the ground. Landing took a little practice, but you can get the feel of the throttle and stick to get it right pretty quickly.The plane itself is constructed of foam, with a rubber nose cone and plastic props. It is light and will take a little abuse, but hitting objects will take its toll quickly. I have since flown it in my front yard, which is about half an acre, with no problems once I learned the controls. The plane has stood up to multiple rough landings and I am pretty happy with it.Overall, it is a fairly easy to fly RC plane that I think is worth the money.

This plane took a beating the first flight, at least until I got accustomed to the controls. Nothing serious, just cutting it too close to a pine tree and having to land it without the front wheel due to the piece falling off. I did have to glue the wheels on, mainly the front spring due to it randomly falling out, but the plane does still fly.

I have reviewed probably close to 50 different RC cars trucks, boats airplanes helicopters all the way from kiddie toys to hobby grade costing hundreds of dollars and I don't think any one of them from this company DEERC has ever received less than five stars.As I'm late to review and there's several other reviews there already which are also all five stars I probably can't add too much, but to assure you, the quality is excellent. Beyond that check out the video in the listing as it says it all . scoots around and it does have proportional steering and power so you do have really as good as control as possible for some days going that fast, almost too fast for a swimming pool where collisions with that concrete wall are almost inevitable.Another big plus for this particular boat is the fact that it is completely waterproof and self righting so if you are using it on a pond or lake, you're not going for a swim to retrieve it.All in all super fun toy to play with especially if you have two and can race them.

This is a well made little boat that's great for beginners or small spaces.As awesome as this boat looks and runs, and as numerous as the features are at the price, I do want to stress that this is a small boat. The pictures make the boat look large next to the remote control or the batteries, but that image is deceiving. The boat is only about 10 inches long, so I'd recommend using it in a place that has less turbulent water. Somewhere like a pond, pool, or bathtub is perfect, as long as you don't have other people to worry about aggravating or injuring.This boat is plenty fast for it's size, and will provide lots of fun for someone looking for something like this to enjoy in smaller and less congested places. It's also got two batteries, which doubles the run time and increases the fun you can have with it. It should be noted as well that it is water cooled, which will help the motor and speed control to last longer.You'll also notice that this boat will right itself if it gets capsized, but this is a manual process that relies on the user to apply power to force the boat back upright again. This is common in many newer boats, and is a great way to help keep kids happier since they're not as likely to lose their model when it flips over.I only wish this boat came in more than one style or color, but that doesn't change how I feel about it at all. It's still an awesome little boat, especially for the cost. You can't go wrong with this one for an entry level model or one to take with you when you're traveling.
