This boat has everything you need. It has led lights , cool shark graphics and is fast for its size. It self rights pretty easily if it ever capsizes, I had to flip it over manually to test it out. It has an out of range alarm and low battery warning as well. We took this out to our neighborhood pond and it ran pretty good. If I had to pick anything to dislike, it would be that it only came with 1 battery. At the price point Amazon is selling this for right now with the 30% off coupon I think this is a great deal.

This is an awesome boat at a great price. Very fast and easy to control for a first time rc boater. Thr capsized recovery feature is really cool. Looks like some parts (such as the prop) can be upgraded/changed easily. The battery lasts a very very long time.Customer service is super responsive to questions and very helpful and courteous.

This thing absolutely shreds my pool so fun and fast ! Solid 20 mins of run time wide open and only an hour for a full charge . Seriously 10/10 recommend

I collect RC vehicles. I have six helicopters, six cars, six trucks, two boats, a backhoe, three drones, and an Abrams tank. This is the third RC boat that I have ordered, and it is a sweet little single motor boat. Right out of the box the boat is almost ready to go. It comes complete with the boat, the controller, one boat battery pack, and a USB battery charging cable. You need batteries for remote. The one thing it did not come with is an actual battery charger. I have several old Samsung cell phones, and the charger from one of those works well to charge the battery pack. As I said, the boat is a really attractive blue, with shark graphics on the hull and LED lights. The boat is only 12" long. It is better to use it in a smaller pond with smoother water versus out in a lake. I don't think it would do very well in large waves. It is fast and responsive though.

I purchased this boat with the intent of using it to catch fish. And did just that. With minimal modification, this boat pumps out enough power to tow a crank bait, catch a bass and tow it in. Worked first time on its maiden voyage, hauled a 13in bass about 25 yards successfully. I'm aware that's not the intended purpose... but those of you looking to do the same thing, it works.
