My only complaint is the battery life, about half hour, but it comes with 2 rechargeable batteries so in total it would be about an hour, not too bad. The remote control uses 2 AA batteries not included in the package, so be prepared to start the fun. It’s an ok quality, not too bad for the price, and it drives nicely, easy to do tricks with it. I am really enjoying it, landing on sharing it with my boys, but not giving it to them because I am really fond of it.

This is a very basic remote control car. It goes forward and backward, right and left. No frills - does no tricks. It is a basic remote controlled car for the very young or the young at heart. Once this one is mastered you or your child will want one that does much more. The car seems sturdy. It lights up with flashing lights as soon as you turn it on. It comes with 2 rechargeable batteries - one to use and one spare. The remote uses 2 AA batteries that are not included. Switch on the bottom of the car turns it on and off so as not to waste battery. The battery charger cable lights up red when you plug it in and when it gets to a full charge the light turns off. The screwdriver that came with it does not fit. It is too small. I have a low pile carpet and it does run fast on it.I got this specifically to have fun with my cats. And it is hilarious to watch them. I don't know how long the charge holds while operating it or how long the spare battery will hold the charge. Once I have recorded that data I will update my review.It's priced right for a basic remote controlled car. Oh, and make sure you have a high powered magnifying glass when you go to read the instructions.

Pretty decent RC car for kids. I got this for my nephew's birthday and he's had a great time with it. He is your typical 7 yr old boy and can be rough with truck toys and so far this has held up well. The controller definitely feels cheap and the battery life is pretty short. Luckily it comes with two batteries so one can be charging while the other is in use.
