Extremely grateful to Summer in customer support for helping me to identify and obtain a lost controller for our 9205E remote control car. I believe the model was discontinued and she went above and beyond asking questions and photos to identify the model. This has made my Grandson extremely happy and me for not having to throw away a £130 model as I couldn't get one here in the UK. Thanks to all at Deerc who help in this matter.
I got service support which controller matches and it directly worked. I'm happy and satisfied!
It came shipped in good condition and looking forward to running the car
