Emailed them on 8th Aug at 17:15 (Saturday) and received a response at 8:37 on 9th Aug with an answer to my query. Was told the item was out of stock, but could order it anyway and it would arrive in 15-20 days. Ordered that day, and it was actually delivered by 17th Aug. Grandson can happily play with his helicopter again.
Well done Deerc.
